English Language Partners New Zealand Trust (ELPNZ) are not-for-profit, having spent over 35 years teaching English to migrants and people with refugee background across centres in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Since drafting their Disability Action Plan (DAP), ELPNZ came to us looking to incorporate further learnings into the plan’s framework. Deeply invested in the relationships and partnerships that the organisation has built with their community of learners, volunteer tutors, teachers and staff, ELPNZ wanted to understand their learners’ voice on disability, and in turn create a shared understanding of disability among its community.
